In the summer of 2021, the FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace, a scenic spot where you can see Mt. Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan, was opened at Shindo Pass in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Two terraces where you can enjoy the view of Lake Kawaguchi and the graceful view of Mt. Fuji. It is a new attraction that you will want to visit many times in search of the scenery of the four seasons.
From the FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace at Shindo Pass, you can thoroughly enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji!
It's easy to access FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace since shuttle bus runs there.
It is a special space where you press the shutter many times while enjoying the changing scenery.
What is Shindo Pass?
Introducing the spectacular scenery of all seasons from Shindo Pass which boasts the best view of Mt. Fuji.
Shindo Pass is a scenic observatory in Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Mt. Fuji and a vast lake lined up diagonally.
This magnificent view of beautiful balance has long been loved by mountaineers and cameramen.

*General vehicles are prohibited from entering the area between the bus stop "Suzuran Gunseichi" and "FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace". Please use our shuttle bus (about 20 passengers) to get to the terrace.

Precautions & Prohibitions Points
◆ It will be suspended from Tuesday, November 28 due to the closure of the winter forest road.
◆ There is nothing blocking the sun or rain on the terrace. Be sure to check the weather before boarding the bus.
◆ There are no vending machines at FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace.
◆ Please be sure to take your garbage with you.
◆ Tobacco including any kind of fire is strictly prohibited in the FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace and the area surrounding mountains.
◆ There is a general rule that shooting with a drone is prohibited unless permission is obtained.
◆ Collection of natural objects such as animals, plants and other minerals is prohibited.
◆ Do not feed the wild animals.
◆ You can only park in the designated parking lot. The shuttle bus passes by the forest road to the FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace, so parking on the street can be very dangerous as it obstructs passage.
