Isawa Ukai (a cormorant fishing)
Cormorant fishing on the Fuefukigawa River is called kachiu (walking cormorant fishing), and unlike the style of many other cormorant fishing operations in which several cormorants are controlled in a small boat, cormorant fishing on the Fuefukigawa River is a "cormorant-artist" style in which a single cormorant is controlled as it walks along the river. Why don't you try such a valuable cormorant fishing experience? We look forward to your participation!
Date: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from July 20 (Thu.) to August 16 (Wed.), 2023, 20:00 - 20:50 *(Cormorant fishing will be held on July 20 and the cormorant fishing will be closed on August 17, but the cormorant fishing experience will not be available)
